- Day 1 workshop track structure locked (two parallel rooms, with a Jummat break built in)
- Day 2 main stage structure locked (single-track)
- CFP applicants notified of review timeline and next steps
- Ticket sales live
Ongoing
5- Final agenda slots being locked — 3 open (1 keynote, 2 sponsor sessions)
- Dates confirmed: November 6 & 7
- Sponsorship conversations in progress
- Policy/fireside session being finalized
- Individual speaker invitations going out for the fireside slot
